Córdoba Natural Reserves

Sierra de Cardeña y Montoro natural park
The Sierra de Cardeña-Montoro Natural Park is situated in the north east of the province of Cordoba. It stands in the Sierra Morena and offers a haven from the hustle and bustle.


Sierras Subbéticas natural park
This is a natural, open space which forms part of the Betica mountain range. Its many associated formations such as its many caves (like the Murcielagos) make this landscape an area of great value.

Natural Reserve Laguna de Zoñar
The most important lagoon in the south of Cordoba, it is located in an area with 66 lagoons of Natural Reserve and another 304 which are within the Zone of Protection. Formed by a central vessel with two adjacent lagoons, they have acquatic vegetation.

Natural Monuments in Córdoba province.
These natural elements in the region of Córdoba such as The Bats Cave and the Soto of Albolafia deserve special protection for their rare beauty.

Parque Natural Sierra de Hornachuelos
The natural park of Sierra de Hornachuelos is found in the eastern centre of the Cordoban region. It marks the start of the Sierra Morena to the east and the continuation of the natural park of the Sierra Norte of Seville to the west.
